If you submitted payment but didn’t get into the May outing, you will be contacted to see if you wish to sign up for the July 31st outing at Stanley instead. If you choose not to participate, your check will be returned.
If you and your teammates did not participate in the Rockledge outing and wish to sign up for Stanley, submit your entry now. Registration for non-Rockledge participants is open until May 29th.
If the Stanley outing still has availability after May 29th, a communication will be sent to all TTEC members to register — including those who played in the May outing – to sign up.

Complete the attached registration coupon for your foursome. Please print clearly so we can process your form smoothly.
Include all four players’ names on the form, along with full payment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process incomplete forms or those received without payment, and they will be returned.
All golfers in your foursome must be current TTEC members. Please note that each member may submit a check for only one foursome. Make checks payable to TTEC and mail to: 1GS, Attn: GOLF OUTING. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
Please be aware that spots cannot be held without full payment, and unfortunately refunds are not available. That said, if a golfer in your foursome is unable to attend, you’re welcome to substitute another current TTEC member who hasn’t already participated in one of the 2026 outings.
