Volunteers are needed for Rebuilding Together Hartford – Re-Building Day, Saturday April 25th from 7-4.

Additionally, a Volunteer Coordinator is needed for the TTEC House.  This role is the primary link to the homeowner and has the ultimate responsibility to ensure homeowner satisfaction. They must communicate with the homeowners, ensuring that the homeowner knows what the team hopes to accomplish, what cannot be accomplished and what will be done with respect to unexpected problems.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating the day with the homeowner, House Captain, RTH staff and committees.
• Reassuring the homeowner and keeping the volunteers away from areas they shouldn’t
be in.
• Working with families to ensure they are either pitching in with the work or out of the
house on RTH day.
• Supervising and managing the volunteers on RTH work day.
• Provide a head count for lunch by 10:00 a.m.; pick up lunches at designated school by
11:30a.m. and deliver back to house
• Take before and after pictures of work done on the home and the volunteer group
