The Travelers Employees' Club - Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned, in consideration of my desire to participate in events sponsored by The Travelers Employees' Club (TTEC), hereby acknowledge that I accept all risks of illness or injury of any kind associated with my participation in these activities. Additionally, I hereby acknowledge that my participation in this activity is not a requirement of my employment.

Further, I release and forever discharge, The Travelers Employees' Club and The Travelers Indemnity Company, their affiliates, subsidiaries, their successors and assigns, and their present and former directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, damages or costs I now have, or in the future may have for personal injuries or property damage resulting from my participation in events sponsored by the TTEC.

I, the undersigned, in consideration my desire to participate in the athletics league referenced above, sponsored by the Travelers Employees Club, recognize that there are inherent risks of bodily injury associated with this sport. I have been advised that the Travelers Corporation will no longer provide voluntary Workers’ Compensation benefits for any injuries sustained as a result of my/our participation in this activity.
