(1) I am a Travelers employee and wish to join the club (free dues for 2023). However, for subsequent years, I authorize the Travelers to deduct all future yearly dues from my salary. This will continue until I advise the club otherwise.

3) I am a non-Travelers employee with a day-to-day relationship with the Travelers (Flik, CB Richard Ellis, Consultant, Allied Universal Security, Travelers Mini-Mall, Travelers Championship). I agree to pay $24 for this year's membership fee. (Instructions for payment of dues will be provided to you after acceptance of your membership request.)
