Looking for a fun way to build strength, improve balance, and stay active from the comfort of your home? We’re excited to introduce Bands, Core, Weights & More, a new virtual fitness class designed to help participants improve overall strength, stability, and functional fitness through a variety of exercises and equipment.

Fridays
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM
Virtual Class
Each session will incorporate:
• Resistance bands
• Core strengthening exercises
• Hand weights
• Functional fitness movements
• Variety and fun to keep workouts fresh and engaging
Whether you’re looking to supplement your current fitness routine or are seeking a structured weekly workout, this class offers modifications and options to meet participants where they are.
