It’s that time of year again — the TTEC Golf Outings are back! We hope you’ll dust off your clubs, gather your foursome, and join us for a wonderful day on the course.
A Quick Note for 2026
Thanks to the incredible enthusiasm for our golf outings, we’re kindly asking that each TTEC member participate in just one of the two outings offered this year. Simply select your preferred date when you register.
Choose Your Outing
TTEC members are welcome to join one best ball scramble in 2026. Please pick the date that suits you best:
Outing 1 — Friday, May 15
Rockledge Golf Course | 8:30 AM Shotgun Start
Outing 2 — Friday, July 31
Stanley Golf Course | 10:00 AM Shotgun Start
Cost for either Outing: $75 per golfer
What If Your Preferred Outing Is Full?
Spaces are limited and tend to fill up quickly. If the May 15 outing has already reached capacity when your request arrives, your foursome will be given first priority for the July 31 outing.
TTEC will also send an update in mid-June if spaces are still available for the July 31 outing. At that time, registration will reopen to all members — including those who participated in the May event.
How to Sign Up
1. Complete the attached registration coupon for your foursome. Please print clearly so we can process your form smoothly.
2. Include all four players’ names on the form, along with full payment. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process incomplete forms or those received without payment, and they will be returned.
3. All golfers in your foursome should be current TTEC members.
4. Please note that each member may submit a check for only one foursome.
5. Make checks payable to TTEC and mail to: 1GS, Attn: GOLF OUTING
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
Payment & Refund Policy
Please be aware that spots cannot be held without full payment, and unfortunately refunds are not available. That said, if a golfer in your foursome is unable to attend, you’re welcome to substitute another current TTEC member who hasn’t already participated in one of the 2026 outings.
Registration Deadline
We kindly ask that all registrations be received by May 1st — or until both outings reach capacity, whichever comes first. As a reminder, each member is currently limited to one outing, though additional opportunities may open up if we don’t reach capacity. We look forward to seeing you on the course.
