Our hands on, interactive charcuterie class is more than just a workshop; it’s an experience that brings people together through the love of food.  Whether you’re a seasoned entertainer or a novice, this class will elevate your skills and teach you how to design and present a stunning charcuterie board.

Join us for a fun and educational evening on Thursday, 10/23/2025 @ 6:00PM in the tasting room at Total Wine & More, West Hartford.  Learn how to create the perfect brunch board along with 8 carefully selected wine tastings included.  During this in-person event, you will get hands-on experience designing a brunch board with a variety of meats, cheeses and fruits.  Create a salami flower, kiwi star, provolone rose and more.  Michelle will guide you through the process and provide simple tips and tricks to elevate your charcuterie life.  Each guest will leave with a personally styled grazing board they prepared themselves, and a newfound sense of culinary creativity.
