Suicide is preventable and no one is alone.
On a yearly basis, since 2004, Out of the Darkness walks have been taking place in cities nationwide raising awareness of people affected by suicide and depression along with raising funds for research and education. This year the Hartford AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention) Out of the Darkness walk will be taking place in Bushnell Park on Oct. 22. You can walk individually or as a team.
