Join long time Yoga instructor, Carissa Spada, for her weekly Wednesday group class. All Levels Yoga for 50 minutes, at noon. This is the perfect stretch, pause and release for mid-week. Truly all levels, you will easily adapt the class to fit your needs at the moment. There is an optional 5-minute meditation to end class. Please feel free to join a little late or leave a little early, per your meeting schedules. Since these classes are generously being offered for FREE by TTEC, the classes are only open to TTEC members. Carissa has been teaching for nearly 20 years and is able to support you whether you are brand new or have been practicing for many years.
